Billing

Medicare patients will be part of the Enhanced Primary Care Plan with an annual fee of $300.

The fee covers our new services that Medicare does not cover, such as unlimited phone texts, phone consults and emailing. These enhanced services allow for optimal management of new and ongoing medical issues as well as more convenience for you.

The annual fee of $300 can be paid in full or monthly installments.

Regular office charges will continue to be billed directly to your Medicare carrier.  Some private insurance companies have stated they will not cover any services at our office. However, Medicare will still cover 80%. The remaining 20% may be partially covered based on your out-of-network coverage with your supplemental insurance.

An estimate of 20% costs of services:

One annual comprehensive/physical visit = $27

Routine follow-up visits range from $15-$20

We understand that the annual fee of $300 will be an additional expense for many of our patients on limited incomes. We believe this to be a fair and comprehensive fee structure.
